Gullaksen Developments Ltd are constructing a new build property. Demolition of a pre-existing property has taken place, the site has been cleared and construction is underway.
Internal Works & Feature Fireplace
Here we incorporated an existing kitchen in to a larger living/dining space. We created a bespoke rendered fireplace as a feature of this room. Doors in keeping with the style of the property were added.
Completion of Garden Room
Following the work in progress photos below, here you can see the finished project. The garden has been transformed to include a large extension, paved area, pergola, and sunken sitting/fire pit area built with York stone. We created an aerial bay window, a golf simulation room and included an indoor pizza oven on this build. It was rendered to match the existing property, creating an incredible looking flow to the finished product.
